Effective as of August 10, 2017, Ian Rogers, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President and Treasurer, departed from employment with Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other opportunities. In connection with his departure, Mr. Rogers will receive severance payments and benefits as provided under and subject to the conditions set forth in his existing employment agreement with the Company.
