Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 11, 2017, Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. (the
Company) announced that interested shareholders and analysts are
invited to participate in a brief quarterly QA session following
the completion of the prepared remarks on Liberty Interactive
Corporations (LIC)first quarter earnings conference call. During
this QA session management will be accepting questions regarding
both LIC and the Company. Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer, Greg Maffei, will host the conference call on Tuesday,
May 9th,at 10:30 a.m. (E.D.T.). During the call, Mr. Maffei may
discuss the financial performance and outlook of both companies,
as well as other forward looking matters.
This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached
hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the Securities and
Exchange Commission under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K in satisfaction
of the public disclosure requirements of Regulation FD and shall
