Virgin Media Inc., Unitymedia GmbH, UPC Holding B.V., Cable & Wireless Communications Limited and VTR Finance B.V. are each wholly-owned subsidiaries of Liberty Global plc (Liberty Global), and are each a separate fixed-income borrowing group of Liberty Global.
On August 7, 2017, Liberty Global provided selected, preliminary unaudited financial and operating information for these fixed-income borrowing groups for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 by posting a press release to its website.
