Greg Maffei, President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Broadband Corporation (the “Company”), will be appearing on the CNBC television program “Squawk Box” from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. ET on January 24, 2017. During his appearance, Mr. Maffei may make observations regarding the Company’s financial performance and outlook and the impact of current economic trends.
