(b) On October2, 2017, David W. Moon was removed from his position as President and Chief Operating Officer of Lennox International’s Worldwide Refrigeration business segment effective October15, 2017. Mr.Moon will remain with the company until year-end to ensure a smooth transition. Gary S. Bedard has been appointed Executive Vice President of Lennox International and President and Chief Operating Officer of Lennox International’s Worldwide Refrigeration business segment effective October16, 2017. A copy of the press release describing this is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.02
