On December8, 2016, Lamar Advertising Company (the Company)
issued a press release announcing that its board of directors
declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.76 per share payable on
December30, 2016, to holders of record of the Companys ClassA
common stock and Class B common stock on December19, 2016. A copy
