On October 14, 2019, Mr. Todd M. James, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, notified L.B. Foster Company of his intention to resign effective October 25, 2019. Mr. James P. Maloney, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will perform the duties of Principal Accounting Officer until that position is filled.
