This Amendment to our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on May 24, 2018 (the “Form 8-K”), is to provide information that was not determined or available at the time of the filing of the Form 8-K with respect to the election of Lorraine M. Martin (“Ms. Martin”) to serve as a Director on the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Kennametal Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of July 1, 2018.
At the meeting of the Company’s Board on July 31, 2018, the Board appointed Ms. Martin to both the Audit Committee and the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, to serve in such capacities until her successor has been chosen and elected or until her earlier resignation or removal.
