On June 14, 2017, at the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company, the stockholders voted on, among other matters, an advisory proposal regarding the frequency of future advisory votes on executive compensation. As previously reported in the Original Filing, the Company's stockholders recommended, consistent with the recommendation of the Company's board of directors, in an advisory, non-binding vote, a frequency of one year for future advisory votes on executive compensation.
