Iteris Inc (NASDAQ:ITI) is moving the date of the Company’s 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) to December 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time in order to permit the consideration of a proposal at the Annual Meeting in addition to the proposals currently set forth in the Company’s preliminary proxy statement that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on September 12, 2016. A revised proxy statement is expected to be filed with the SEC on or before November 8, 2016.
Stockholder proposals for the Annual Meeting or nominations of a person as a candidate for election to the Company’s Board of Directors must be received by the Company’s Secretary no later than October 31, 2016.
