On December 3, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year-end from June 30 to December 31. The Company will file a transition report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2018, in accordance with SEC rules and regulations. All subsequent fiscal years for the Company will be from January 1 to December 31, beginning in 2019.
