On March15, 2017, Investar Holding Corporation (Investar), the
registered bank holding company for Investar Bank, Baton Rouge,
Louisiana, issued a press release announcing the commencement of
concurrent underwritten public offerings of its common stock and
subordinated notes. A copy of Investars press release is attached
hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

A copy of the investor presentation to be used by Investar in
connection with the common stock offering is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.2. A copy of the investor presentation to be used by
