On October 1,2018 the Board of Directors of International Baler Corporation named Victor W. Biazis President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He replaces William E. Nielsen who held the position of President since January 10, 2017. Mr. Nielsen remains Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

About International Baler Corp. (OTCMKTS:IBAL)

International Baler Corporation is a manufacturer of baling equipment. The Company’s baling equipment is fabricated from steel and utilizes hydraulic and electrical components to compress a variety of materials into bales for handling, shipping, disposal, storage and for recycling. Materials commonly baled by the Company include scrap metal, corrugated boxes, newsprint, aluminum cans, plastic bottles and other solid waste. The Company offers a range of balers, including standard models and custom models to meet customer requirements. The Company’s products include general purpose horizontal and vertical balers; specialty balers, such as those used for textile materials, used clothing, aluminum cans, 55-gallon drums and synthetic rubber, and accessory equipment, such as conveyors, fluffers, bale tying machines and plastic bottle piercers. The Company manufactures its products in its facility in Jacksonville, Florida.
