INNSUITES HOSPITALITY TRUST (NASDAQ:IHT) Files An 8-K Other Events

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 11, 2016, the Board of Trustees (the Board) of
InnSuites Hospitality Trust (the Trust) determined that the
Trusts 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the 2016 Annual
Meeting) will be held on January 24, 2017 at the Trusts corporate
offices located at 1625 E. Northern Avenue, Suite # 105, Phoenix,
Arizona 85020, at 10 a.m., local time. The record date for
determining shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at,
the 2016 Annual Meeting was set as December 12, 2016.

Because the 2016 Annual Meeting will be held more than 30 days
after the anniversary of the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders,
the Trust is informing its shareholders of the revised deadlines
for the submission of shareholder proposals. Any shareholder
proposal to be considered for inclusion in the Trusts proxy
materials for the 2016 Annual Meeting must be submitted to the
Trust a reasonable time before we begin to print and send proxy
materials (that is, no later than November 22, 2016). For the
2016 Annual Meeting, any proposal that a shareholder desires to
present at the 2016 Annual Meeting, but is not submitted for
inclusion in the Trusts proxy materials, must be submitted to the
Trust a reasonable time before we send the proxy materials (that
is, no later than November 25, 2016).

shareholders in connection with the 2016 Annual Meeting. The

Exchange Commission (the SEC) in connection with the 2016 Annual
