(e) On February 1, 2019 the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors awarded a cash bonus of $300,000 to Mr. Jack Abuhoff and $180,000 to Mr. Ashok Mishra. Mr. Abuhoff is the Company’s Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and interim Principal Financial Officer, and Mr. Mishra is the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
