On June14, 2017, Impinj, Inc. (the Company) held its 2017 Annual
Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting). At the Annual
Meeting, 16,660,620 shares of the Companys common stock, or
approximately 80.81% of the 20,616,058 shares entitled to vote,
were present in person or by proxy and voted on the following two
proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the
Companys definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed
with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on
April21, 2017.

individuals listed below to serve until the 2020 annual meeting
of stockholders or until their successors are duly elected and
