Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 7, 2017, IBERIABANK Corporation (the “Company”) disclosed the following additional information during its Analyst-Investor Presentation in reference to the initial assessment of the Houston market-based collateral, post Hurricane Harvey:

Initial calls with Commercial Real Estate portfolio clients having commitments greater than $1 million indicate approximately 82% are currently characterized as low-risk with no, or limited, flood or wind damage; one commercial real estate loan with a balance of less than $5 million has been reported as high-risk requiring major repairs or closing for a period of time.

Initial calls have been made to Consumer Real Estate portfolio clients who represent approximately 20% of the clients in the market area and $140 million of loan balances outstanding in 311 loans; this sampling represents 35% of the outstanding balances in the market area; one consumer account has reported damage with no insurance and has a balance outstanding of less than $1 million.
