(b)On December 31, 2018, Rebecca L. Kujawa, the Senior Vice President – Supply Chain Management, General Counsel and Secretary of Huttig Building Products, Inc. (the “Company”), ceased to be an executive officer of the Company and hold the title Senior Vice President – Supply Chain Management. As such, Ms. Kujawa ceased to be a Section 16 officer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, as of that date. Ms. Kujawa will continue to serve the Company as General Counsel and Secretary and will remain a Company employee until January 31, 2019. The Company anticipates that Ms. Kujawa will provide consulting services to the Company after her employment on January 31, 2019.
