On December 7, 2018, Hunt Companies Finance Trust, Inc. issued a press release (the “Release”) announcing the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock with respect to the fourth quarter of 2018 and a monthly dividend rate of $0.2066 per share for its 8.75% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock with respect to the first quarter of 2019, in each case as further described in the Release.
