On March 7, 2018, HMG/Courtland Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $2.50 per share on the Company’s Common Stock. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of March 21, 2018, payable on March 30, 2018.
