On May16, 2017, HealthLynked Corp. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing first quarter 2017 financial results, as well
as that the Company had received a notice of effectiveness
related to the Form S-1 filing covering shares underlying the
Companys $3 million Investment Agreement. A copy of the press
release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
