On January19, 2018, Hanger,Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form10-K for the fiscal year ended December31, 2016, which contains information pertaining to the Company’s annual, interim quarterly and year-to-date results for 2016 and 2015. The press release also contains certain preliminary financial estimates for the Company’s fiscal year ended December31, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit99.1 to this report.
