David Fusco, Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources, has left Haemonetics Corporation (“Haemonetics”) effective November 8, 2016.
Mr. Fusco remains subject to the terms of a Proprietary Information and Non-Competition Agreement with Haemonetics executed by Mr. Fusco to which there is a one-year post-employment noncompetition and nonsolicitation obligation.
