John Cavoores informed us that he will not stand for re-election as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Guidewire Software Inc (NYSE:GWRE) at the Company’s upcoming 2016 annual meeting of stockholders. Craig Conway has taken over the duties of Chairman of the Board. The Company thanks Mr. Cavoores for his years of meritorious service as a member of the Board.
