Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 14, 2016, GrowGeneration, Corp. (the
Company)published a press release regarding a commercial lease
entered into by the Companys wholly owned subsidiary,
GrowGeneration Nevada Corp., to rent certain premises located in
5885 S. Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118, to be effective
from November 15, 2016 to February 28, 2022. The premises will be
used by the Company to open a new store.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The information contained herein and the exhibit attached
herewith shall be deemed furnished and not filed.
