On June 14, 2017, the Board of Directors of Greenkraft Inc. (the
Company) dismissed Simon Edward, LLP.
Greenkraft’s audit reports on the Company’s financial
statements for the Year ended December 31, 2016 did not contain
an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion, nor were they
qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope, or
accounting principles.
During the Company’s two most recent year and through the date
of this filing there were no disagreements between the Company
and Simon Edward LLP on any matter of accounting principles or
practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or
procedure which, if not resolved to the satisfaction of Simon
Edward LLP would have caused Simon Edward LLP to make reference
to the subject matter of the disagreement in connection with its
report.
During the Company’s last most recent year end statements ending
December 31, 2016, there were no reportable events (as defined in
Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K).

On June 14, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company approved
the appointment of Benjamin Young LLP as the Company’s
independent registered public accounting firm, to audit the
financial statements of the Company for the First quarter March
31, 2017.

Greenkraft, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of automotive products. The Company manufactures commercial forward trucks for vehicle classes three, four, five, six and seven (gross vehicle weight ranging from 10,001 pounds to 33,000 pounds) in alternative fuels. It also manufactures and sells alternative fuel systems to convert petroleum-based fuels to natural gas and propane fuels. It offers over two main products and services: commercial forward cabin trucks that run on alternative fuels, such as compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied propane gas (LPG), and conversion of existing vehicles to run on alternative fuels. It also offers commercial trucks with natural gas fuel system for over six liters Greenkraft/General Motor (GM) engines for over 14,000 pounds and above gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) trucks and custom chassis manufacturers. It provides a range of Class three to seven cab-forward trucks based on chassis from JAC, China’s Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Company.
