On April 28, 2017, Graco Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual
Meeting of Shareholders (the Annual Meeting) in Minneapolis,
Minnesota. Set forth below are the final voting results on each
matter submitted to a vote of security holders at the Annual
Meeting. Each proposal is described in detail in the Companys
Proxy Statement for 2017 Annual Meeting, filed with the
Securities and Exchange Commission on March 15, 2017 (the 2017
