On July 15, 2019, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will report its second quarter ended June 30, 2019 financial results after the market closes on Thursday, August 1, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
