(b)On February 26, 2019, Anthony Williams, the Company’s President, notified us that he has chosen to pursue opportunities outside of the Company. He will remain at the Companythrough May 31, 2019, working closely with the management team to ensure a seamless transition. Following Mr. Williams’ departure, Dave Demski, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.
