Declaration of Dividend
On December 14, 2016, Global Medical REIT Inc. (the Company)
announced the declaration of a cash dividend for the fourth
quarter of 2016 of $0.20 per share of common stock to
stockholders of record as of December 27, 2016, to be paid on or
about January 10, 2017.

The Company issued a press release onDecember 14, 2016announcing
the dividend before this report was filed. A copy of the press
