On February 5, 2018, Global Digital Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a pretrial scheduling order with the United States District Court Southern District of Florida for its lawsuit against Grupo Rontan Electro Metalurgica, S.A., et al. The Case No. is 18-80106-Civ-Middlebrooks/Brannon. The case is set for trial before U.S. District Judge Middlebrooks during the two-week trial period commencing October 1, 2018, with a status conference/calendar call set for September 26, 2018.
