As of October 30, 2018, the Registrant has retired promissory notes in the aggregate principal amount of $7,500,000 that were issued to certain sellers of Benchmark Builders, Inc. (“Benchmark”) to that certain Stock Purchase Agreement dated April 20, 2017 (the “Series C Notes”).
