On December 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company elected Mr. Robert A. Schriesheim and Mr. Michael R. McDonnell to serve as Directors of the Company.A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the election of Messrs. Messrs. Schriesheim and McDonnell will be compensated for their service on the Board in the same manner as the Company’s other non-employee directors.
