On October 30, 2017, the Court in the Kalen, et al. v. Farmers and Merchants Trust Company of Chambersburg, et al. (Case No. 2:15-CV-01435 WB) case filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and described in our current reports on Form 8-K filed July 29, 2016 and July 28, 2017, approved a Stipulation for Selection of Mediator, submitted jointly by the parties, providing for mediation of the case. to the Stipulation, the Plaintiffs and F&M Trust each are to submit to the Court a written list containing names of up to three qualified mediators within fifteen days of the Court’s approval of the Stipulation, from which the Court is to select a mediator to be engaged by the Plaintiffs and F&M Trust.
