Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 20th Franchise Holdings International (“FNHI”) issued a press release announcing that it is has applied for a US Trademark for its forthcoming innovation. The product, previously named “Helios”, will be now be named “TerraVis by Worksport”. The product is to be a patented break-through innovation for the Corporation as a highly advanced truck bed system, paired with state of the art solar technology. The TerraVis will work for both internal combustion propelled light-trucks as well as forthcoming electric and electric hybrid trucks, as a source of meaningful power for charging. The corporation is to make further announcements with specific details in the near future. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
