(b) At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, (the Annual Meeting)
of Flanigans Enterprises, Inc., (the Company), held on February
24, 2017, of the 1,858,647 shares of Common Stock outstanding and
entitled to vote, 1,428,172 shares were represented, constituting
a 76.84% quorum. The final results for each of the matters
submitted to a vote of shareholders at the Annual Meeting are as
follows:

All of the nominees of the Companys Board of Directors (the
Board) were elected to serve until the Companys 2020 Annual
Meeting or until their respective successors are elected and
qualified, by the votes set forth in the table below:
