On December 22, 2016, First Foundation Inc. (the Company) issued
a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has
declared a two-for-one stock split to be effected in the form of
a stock dividend on the Companys common stock. The effect of the
two-for-one stock split on outstanding shares of the Companys
common stock is that stockholders of record as of the close of
business on January 4, 2017, the record date, will receive one
additional share of common stock for each share of common stock
held.The additional shares issued in the stock split are expected
to be distributed on January 18, 2017.A copy of the press release
is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
