On February 19, 2019, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Finjan, Inc. (“Finjan”), announced that with respect to Finjan’s complaint against its licensee, Trustwave Holdings, Inc. (“Trustwave”), filed in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware for Breach of Contract (Case No. N18C-04-006) on April 4, 2018, the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr. of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware on February 11, 2019, after considering Trustwave’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Complaint, denied the motion, ruling that Finjan’s breach of contract suit may proceed.
