On November 15, 2016, the Company issued a press release
announcing that the Nasdaq has extended the Companys deadline to
file its delinquent periodic reports to February 13, 2017. The
press release also announced that Company filed a Notification of
Late Filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on
Form 12b-25 pertaining to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for
the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
