Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 15, 2017, Raphael W. Bostic notified Freddie Mac
(formally known as the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation)
that he will resign from Freddie Macs Board of Directors,
effective May31, 2017, because he is assuming the role of
president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank
of Atlanta. Mr.Bostic initially joined the Board of Directors in
January 2015 and was most recently re-elected on February13, 2017
by written consent of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, Freddie
Macs Conservator.
