On December 22, 2016, Thomas L. Cline retired as Chairman of the Board of Directors of F & M Bank Corp. (the “Company”) after 25 years of service, effective December 31, 2016. The Board of Directors of the Company appointed Ellen R. Fitzwater as the new Board Chair. Ms. Fitzwater has served as a director of the Company for the past 17 years.
