On August 17, 2018, a subsidiary of Equity Commonwealth entered into a new 16-year lease with an affiliate of Amazon.com, Inc., for over 400,000 square feet at 333 108th Ave. NE in Bellevue, WA. The lease includes all of the building’s office space and commences in 2020.
