On February 14, 2017, EP Energy Corporation (the Company) posted
an updated investor presentation to its website, which
presentation may be accessed at www.epenergy.com. The
presentation includes the Companys 2017 outlook, as well as an
increase in the Companys Wolfcamp type curve estimated ultimate
recovery (EUR), and updated type well economics in each of the
Companys core areas. Members of management intend to rely on all
or part of this presentation in discussions with investors at the
Credit Suisse Energy Summit on February 14, 2017. A copy of the
investor presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
