Company) issued a press release (the
Press Release) announcing first quarter 2017
results. Specifically, for the first quarter of 2017 the Company
announced:
| net revenues of $97.5 million; |
| station operating expenses of $75.6 million; |

corporate general and administrative expenses of $10.6 million; |
| operating loss of $15.0 million; and |
| net loss available to common shareholders of $9.9 million. |

net loss available to common shareholders per share basic and diluted of $0.25. |
