On February 27, 2017, Entegra Financial Corp., the holding
company for Entegra Bank (the Bank), issued a press release
announcing that the Bank completed its previously announced
acquisition of two branch locations from Stearns Bank National
Association. The Bank acquired approximately $153 million in
customer deposits.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and incorporated herein by reference.
