Following a strategic review of its organizational structure, Engility Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to eliminate the position of President and Chief Operating Officer, currently held by John P. Hynes, Jr.  Accordingly, Mr. Hynes’ employment with the Company will end on June 30, 2017.
