issued a press release announcing the preliminary results of its
third-party independent reserve engineer report as of March 31,
2017 that is being prepared by Netherland Sewell and Associates,
Inc. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to
this Current Report on Form 8-K (this Form 8-K).
