(b)      On April 25, 2017, Mr. Dominique Trempont, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors and the chairman of the Audit Committee, provided the Company with written notice of his intention to resign from the Board upon the completion of the current Board term, which ends on June 21, 2017.

Mr. Trempont has been a Member of our Board of Directors since 2008 and has been a key contributor to the success of our Board of Directors and the Company from our Initial Public Offering through our recent dynamic growth and transformation.
