On July 25, 2017, Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) entered into the Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of July 25, 2017, with Enbridge (U.S.) Inc. This amendment extends the revolving credit commitment termination date of this credit facility until July 24, 2018. A copy of the Second Amendment to Credit Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
