Today we announced that the board of directors of our general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.318 per unit on all of its outstanding common units for the quarter ended December31, 2018. We also announced today that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.625 per unit on all Series A Preferred Units for the quarter ended December 31, 2018.
The distributions for the common units will be paid February26, 2019 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 19, 2019. The distributions for the Series A Preferred Units will be paid February14, 2019 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on February8, 2019.

Enable Midstream Partners LP owns, operates and develops strategically located natural gas and crude oil infrastructure assets. The Company operates in two business segments: Gathering and Processing, and Transportation and Storage. It serves production areas in the United States, including several unconventional shale resource plays, and local and regional end user markets in the United States. Its Gathering and processing segment provides natural gas gathering, processing and fractionation services and crude oil gathering for producer customers. Its natural gas gathering and processing assets are located in over five states.
